STEEL: JSW, Metcorn, Agni, etc..

Foundation and basement : Random Rubble. 15cm Thick plinth beam. Using 10mm 6 nos main steel bars and 30 cm width 8mm strips c/c.

Bricks : country burned wirecut bricks or cement block.

Wood for Windows : Aanjily wood frame and shutter by Teak wood.

Wood for doors: Front main door frame 23 cm thickness and door by Teak wood, remaining door frame by aanjily woods and doors by Jack wood .

Kitchen cupboard and crockery shelf wash basin counter and wardrobe s by ferro cement / wood, those doors by mahogany wood. Wood works will be done at client premises only.

Painting : Putty finish painting. Putty apply only internal and external front view only. Woods painting by waterbase Enamel, enamel and sleek polish works.

Electricals: ISI Branded material like Crabtree, Elleys, legrend.. etc. Provide ceiling Fan in all rooms except kitchen and sit out. Provide Led bulbs and Tubes whole rooms and outside.

Floor Tiles: branded Kajaria, somany, Cera, RAK etc . Sit out, drawing and dining floors costing Rs. 75/- and remaining rooms costing by Rs.60/- and toilet costing by Rd.60/-. Or laying granite in ground floor.

Plumbing : ISI marked CPVC. Using inside the building.

Sanitary items: Cera, Somany etc.. master bed toilet will provide wall hanging closet.and 10 Ltr water heater.

Hand rails : by stainless steel 304 .

Fall ceiling : provide by POP ONLY DRAWING AND DINING ROOMS. Pop Cornish will provide in all rooms.
